Shipping policy

Every HeroMade piece is handcrafted by veterans in our workshop, so many items are made or finished after you order.

Processing time

Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days. Personalized and custom-ordered items may take longer; any extended timeline will be noted on the product page or confirmed with you by email. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any shipping promotions will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location and carrier. Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your package arrives damaged, email heromade2024@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. HeroMade is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us right away. We will update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
