Our products are handcrafted. Natural variations in materials, grain, color, and finish are part of each piece and are not defects. Product photos are representative, and the item you receive may vary slightly. We make every effort to describe products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

4. Personalized and custom orders

For personalized or custom items, you are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, text, and images you provide. Please review them carefully before ordering. By submitting personalization content, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you grant us permission to use it solely to fulfill your order. We may decline any personalization request we consider offensive, unlawful, or infringing.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers.

6. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or exceed reasonable quantities. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

7. Shipping and returns

Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product designs, and the HeroMade name, belongs to Heromade LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
